本来俺觉得没什么的, 可是被你们成天吵个不停, 烦死了. 干脆闹回2001年你们都回家
歇着去吧. 你们要老PD牺牲是吧. 老PD也来让你们牺牲一下好吧.
附件是最近帖子的整理. 有些内容是俺从网上找的. 希望老PD发信打电话的时候除了强
调自己老PD的同时一定要强调这个FIFO的问题. 最好在信中突出自己的经历以及给自己
生活带来的不便(比如年年renew EAD/AP的经济负担). 另外要不断骚扰相关部门. 不要
被某些人说的不敢发信, 怕什么对自己case有副作用.都是屁话. 下面是目录, 一共六

miss a few points:
1. most of courts agree that delay over 2 years is UNREASONABLE delay. In
Some very friendly courts, case over 1.5 year may also consider WOM
2. also should send complaint/summons to local AUSA
3. no need to complete all steps mentioned here to qualify WOM. There are
three key elements for WOM:
(1) he has a clear rigth to the relief sought; (2). The defendant holds a
plainly defined and mandatory, NON-DISCRETIONARY DUTY to do the action in
question; and (3) the plaintiff has exhausted his administrative remedies
and no other adequate remedy is available
in plain language, a. the court has jurisdiction, b. the delay is
unreasonable
c. he has done lots of effort to push for his case before file WOM

刚被barry从小黑屋放出来, 发个privacy release form. 这个form是俺根据senator的来信改的. 大家给goverment agency写信的时候可以附上.免得他们又给你寄这个表格来浪费时间. 有不对的地方请指正...谢谢.

看到很多人问，我也是刚看到原来的帖子。
但是大家千万不要abuse!!!
对那些485还在TSC中心pending着不见动静的同修们，可以follow下面的办法打电话过
去查查看，有没有已经被assign给了某个immigrant
officer，称为pre adjudicated，
在等待批准中。
这个方法是immigrationportal.com上的某老印ID叫做Princess
Of J啥啥啥（最后一个
词忘了，汗）首创的，被称为POJ
method，非常感谢伊特的贡献啊。我的经验是有时候
打进去赶上officer心情不好啥的，可能会告诉你无可奉告任何消息，大概50%的概率吧
，换个时间多试几次好了。
方法如下：
Call 1-800-375-5283
Press 1－>2->2->6->1
Enter your receipt number
press 1 (now listen to the case update info....)
press 3
press 4
(If you hear a male voice prompting you to hold the call, that means the
call will be answered by an IO. But if it says no IO is available, it will
redirect you to NSC and you can hangup and try again)
另外根据spartysparty (斯巴达克)的补充，该方法“同样适合在NSC的来查询.输入你
的LINXXXXXXX就会转到NSC的I/O.”多谢啦~~~
p.s.此方法同样适用于查name
check clear与否。
p.p.s. 这个trick主要是为了方便485
pending时间已久的同修，请其它485尚未file上
去的或是刚file不久的虾虾们为大家着想，不要滥用，呵呵...
归结一下:"
1. if case has been assigned to an IO, and that IO is available to answer
phone:
prompting you to hold the call, that means the
call will be answered by an IO.
2. if case has been assigned to an IO, and that IO is NOT available to
answer phone:
says no IO is available, it will redirect you to NSC (National Service
Center) and you can hangup and try again
3. case has not been assigned to an IO: what???
恩，对的对的，非得在你和IO讲上话以后才能figure
out出你现在的case status来。
只不过是说，如果你一开始就听到no
IO is available，那多半会被转回NSC
